The formula
There is no real science here. The names are turned into a number with a simple hash, so the same two names always give the same score.
How it works
We take the letters of both names, put them in a fixed order so that the order you type them does not matter, and turn them into a number between 40 and 100. Because it is deterministic, you will get the same answer every time for the same pair.
A bit of honesty
